We would like to strike time with a new and unique idea: the cultivation of a Glera grape vineyard surrounded by a 6-meter-high upright hop garden

Prosecco DOC characterised by 100% Glera grapes from 2022 vintage. From this extremely dry vintage, we harvested grapes that were perfectly healthy and concentrated in flavour and aroma.
We obtained a pale straw yellow sparkling wine, with a fine, dense and persistent perlage.
Delicate and complex olfactory texture, fruity of rennet apple, white peach; floral of lime blossom and wisteria with herbaceous notes of sage
The sip is quite dry and is supported by a balanced acid shoulder and a slight sapidity.

Prosecco DOC Brut Nature, also called zero dosage; characterised by 100% Glera grapes from 2022 vintage. From this extremely dry vintage, we harvested grapes that were perfectly healthy and concentrated in flavour and aroma.
We obtained a pale straw yellow sparkling wine, with a fine, dense and persistent perlage.
Delicate, complex and fine olfaction with floral notes of jasmine and white carnation, fruity notes of crisp pear, white peach; with small herbaceous notes of herbs.
The subtle, creamy carbonation accompanies the discreet acid shoulder and gives persistence and linearity to the sip.
